Gorilla Mini Market
A mini market and deli in Italian Square Mall, Hadayek October. We built its identity from a hand-drawn wordmark and a bamboo pattern, and carried it to signage, packaging, labels, menus, a product shoot and social media.

A little wild, very crafted
Gorilla sells what a good deli sells — cheeses, cold cuts, olives, nuts, honey and ready-to-cook boxes. What it needed was the feeling of a place you go out of your way for.
So we drew a wordmark with hand-cut serifs and a bamboo-forest pattern, set them in calm sage and slate, and let them wrap everything: the sign, the cups, the bread sleeve, the food boxes, the honey and jam jars — and a product shoot built around the Gorilla marquee letters.
The identity in use
Facade, signage, stand, cups, bakery sleeve, food box, bags, apron, coaster and menu card.
Menus & labels
Product price menus, the Ramadan menu and own-label honey and jams.
Product photography
A branded set — marquee letters, bamboo and wood — for menus and posts.
Social media
The shop, the counters, offers and occasions — all in sage, slate and bamboo.
